• Cancellations for Float Therapy Spa Day's must be made 3 Days / 72 hours before the float start time. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Arrival over 10 minutes late will be considered to be a no-show and the booking automatically cancelled.

• If you have any medical conditions, please give our team a call to check the experience is suitable prior to booking

• Our Floatation Therapy is great for pregnant clients, however please seek medical advise prior to floating.

• Our Floatation Therapy pod can accommodate one client per session, multiple clients will be scheduled as per availability

• Any contamination of water may incur a cleaning fee at the Spa's discretion. Please be mindful of any hair dye that may run into the pod.

• Swimwear is required
