• Entry is limited to persons aged 18 and over only. You may be asked to show photographic ID on arrival.
• Use of Mobile Phones & Camera's in the spa is strictly prohibited. Lockers will be provided to store all belongings.
• Swimwear must be worn at all times in the spa
• Guests must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations for spa packages must be made 1 week / 168 hours before the date of the package. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations for spa treatments must be made 3 days / 72 hours before the treatment. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Arrival over 30 minutes late for a 50 minute treatment or 10 minutes late for a 25 minute treatment will be considered to be a no-show and the booking cancelled. The same will be applied if over 60 minutes late for a Spa Access reservation.
