Please note all clients must be over 18 years of age. Use of the spa facilities is not included with treatment only bookings.
Should you have any medical conditions that could affect your treatment, please call the team prior to your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations for spa packages must be made 1 week / 168 hours before the date of the package. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations for spa treatments must be made 3 days / 72 hours before the treatment. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Arrival over 30 minutes late for a 50 minute treatment or 10 minutes late for a 25 minute treatment will be considered to be a no-show and the booking cancelled. The same will be applied if over 60 minutes late for a Spa Access reservation.
